Amy Liu

Executive Director

Hey there! My name is Amy Liu, and I am a senior at Johns Creek High School. I created this organization after overcoming my own struggles with scoliosis, which inspired my mission to bring together the scoliosis community. After assembling a team in my community who share this aspiration, we began working together through social media and local events to voice our cause. Outside of Embrace the Brace, I love to dance, create music, and practice hand lettering. I'm excited for what's to come!

Olivia Ma

Media Director

Hi! My name is Olivia. I joined Embrace the brace because I believe no one should feel alone or discouraged in their journey with scoliosis. I hope to help raise awareness about this condition and inspire confidence in those going through similar experiences. Outside of Embrace the Brace, I enjoy dancing, traveling, and working on creative projects!

Crystal Zhen

Events Director

Hi! My name is Crystal Zhen, and I am a junior at North Oconee High School. Even though I have not been affected by scoliosis myself, I still believe that it is important to raise awareness and create a positive, inclusive space for those navigating scoliosis. Outside of Embrace the Brace, I enjoy dancing, playing the piano, and painting.

Grace Yang

Outreach Director

Hi! I'm Grace Yang, and I'm excited to be part of the Embrace the Brace team. As someone who was diagnosed with scoliosis, I understand the challenges that can come with the condition. Through Embrace the Brace, I hope to help spread awareness, support others on their scoliosis journey, and remind people that they’re not alone. Beyond Embrace the Brace, I also do dance and play the cello.

Sasha Morgan

Research Director

My name is Sasha and I’m a rising junior in Johns Creek High School. Although I have a minor case of scoliosis, I still want to raise awareness about the condition to create a healthy and supportive environment for others with it, which is why I’m happy to be a part of Embrace the Brace to advance our cause.
